Shopping at DFS.com is easy. From the drop-down menu at the top of the page, you can browse our selection of brands & products. Know what you're looking for? Simply use the search box at the top right.
How to order
When you find an item you wish to purchase, simply select your size and the quantity, then click "Add to Shopping Bag". You can continue shopping and add more items to your bag,or proceed to checkout.
Note: The product price can be shown as Duty-Free (For Travelers) or Duty-Paid (For Locals).
How to Click & Collect
Our checkout process is quick and straightforward.
Fill in all your personal information and departure details if you are purchasing Duty-Free items. Choose your preferred in-store pick-up date & time*

How to pay
At checkout, select from our four secure payment options – WeChat Pay(Desktop Only), Alipay, Credit Card(Visa/Mastercard/Union Pay) and Apple Pay; you will be paying 100% deposit.
Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email and SMS after successful checkout. A "Ready to Collect" email or SMS will be sent to you once the order has arrived in store. Please wait for this confirmation notice before coming to collect your order.
You can cancel your order online if the order status is “Preparing”.
If your order is "Ready to Collect" and you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team.
Split order
Your order will be split into two individual orders if you purchased both PLAG (Duty-Paid) and Non-PLAG (Duty-Free) products.
Your order will not be split into two if it only contains Duty-Paid products.
How to collect
Bring your "Ready to Collect" email or SMS – this can be printed or displayed on your phone. A QR code to retrieve order and payment details must also be presented.
