Yabaï Sando, by Walter Ishizuka
French-Japanese chef Walter Ishizuka will be opening his restaurant, Yabaï Sando, at Samaritaine on November 28. Discovered at The Hoxton Paris, this inventive chef has worked in several world-renowned kitchens including the Ritz and Restaurant Paul Bocuse, before launching his own restaurant inspired by his dual heritage.
The menu at Yabaï Sando boasts four different savory sandos (including two veggie options), classic Japanese recipes and one sweet option, available for dine in or take away.
You can now enjoy his masterfully created sandos—Japanese sandwiches on white bread, filled with wagyu beef or organic vegetables and accompanied by unique sauces—from 10am to 8pm daily on floor 1 of Samaritaine.
A show of culinary expertise, and a gastronomic journey between France and Japan.
