Fresh from Canal Saint-Martin, Siseng is heading to Samaritaine on April 11.
The restaurant—whose signature dish is the soft and tasty steamed Bao Burger—is bringing its Asian cuisine with a street-food twist to the department store. A family business first and foremost, Siseng is passionate about home cooking and authentic recipes.
On the menu at Samaritaine, you’ll find a special Bao Burger made from tofu and wakame seaweed with a miso glaze. Or, try the Kaï burger, the fennel and mango salad, spring rolls and bobun. Tempted yet?
