How does it work?
As soon as you realize you've left something at Samaritaine, you can report it at www.troov.com/en/samaritaine. You will then need to fill in all the requested information. Giving us as much detail as possible will help us to find your item quickly!
If an item is found that matches the description you have provided, you will then receive an email asking for more information to confirm that you are definitely the owner. Once this has been verified, you will receive an email containing all of the information you need to retrieve your item efficiently and without any stress. Just head to Samaritaine Customer Service, located on level -1 of the store, 9 Rue de la Monnaie 75001, Paris, to collect your item.
Can't get to the store yourself? No problem! There is also an option to nominate someone to collect your item from Samaritaine on your behalf. You will simply need to provide the person representing you with written permission, signed by you and stating their name. Your nominated person will also need to show a form of ID when collecting the item.
