Laure Bouguen, the granddaughter of Breton hemp growers, created HO KARAN with the conviction that plants from our region can heal and de-stress. HO KARAN holistically relieves the symptoms of stress: sleep disorders, anxiety, pain, skin problems and loss of vitality. HO KARAN, "I love you" in Breton, is our way of telling you to put less stress and more love into your lives.
