1. Promotional period: April 27, 2023, 00:00:00 to May 31, 2023, 23:59:59 (China Standard Time).
2. How to participate: Alipay users in Mainland China (verified using Mainland Chinese ID and a phone number, hereinafter referred to as “users”) using Alipay version 10.3.66 and above, can scan the QR code of Gift Coupon offer at selected offline DFS stores and register for the full offer.
3. Content of the offer: After registration, use Alipay to pay and obtain the corresponding Gift Coupons. You can use a maximum of 2 Gift Coupons.
One CN¥50 Gift Coupon available upon payment of CN¥999, CN¥1999 or above
One CN¥150 Gift Coupon available upon payment of CN¥1,999, CN¥5,999 or above
4. Number of offers:
CN¥50 Gift Coupons for payments equal to or greater than CN¥1,999 are limited to 360 customers per day;
CN¥150 Gift Coupons for payments equal to or greater than CN¥5,999 are limited to 360 customers per day;
The number of Gift Coupons are limited on a first-come-first-served basis. If there are any remaining Gift Coupons at the end of the day, these will be automatically added to the number of coupons available the next day;
5. Participating brands: Please refer to in-store posters for participating brands. Some brands are not participating in the offer. Please consult your store assistant for further information.
6. Terms of use: Gift Coupons are valid for 7 days after collection, and are issued to the user’s account by the system. A Gift Coupon will be automatically deducted when the payment amount is greater than or equal to the coupon value. A Gift Coupon cannot be used across multiple purchases, and cannot be combined with other Gift Coupons. In the event of a refund or product return, Gift Coupons are non-refundable and non-replaceable. 7. Participation conditions: Only verified Alipay Mainland China users can participate (accounts pending approval and which have been verified using mainland Chinese ID and a phone number). An Alipay user is only entitled to participate once in this promotion. The user’s ID number, Alipay account number, phone number and/or registered device will be used to verify the ownership of the Alipay account. To confirm the eligibility of users receiving the coupons, and to counter the risk of account, device or bank card theft, Alipay reserves the right to suspend or permanently stop the issuing of promotional rewards to the relevant accounts.
8. Refunds and returns: If a transaction is refunded or a product is returned, only the actual amount paid will be refunded (excluding the coupon value). No refund will be issued for promotional rewards used at the payment stage.
9. Additional information: All amounts mentioned in this promotion are in CN¥. The payment amount on the Alipay app will be regarded as final. A Gift Coupon cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or products. If a user in the process of obtaining and/or using a promotional reward is suspected of illegal and unlawful acts (such as money laundering, cheating, cashing out, identity theft, fake transactions, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others, publishing illegal and unlawful content, applying for a refund exceeding the amount paid etc.), Alipay reserves the right to cancel the user's participation in the offer, cancel any illegal transaction, delete illegal and unlawful content, reclaim any promotional reward obtained by the user (including used and unused coupons) and claim compensation for any loss or adverse effects caused to Alipay. To confirm the eligibility of users receiving Gift Coupons and to counter the risk of account, device or bank card theft, Alipay reserves the right to suspend or permanently stop issuing Gift Coupons to the relevant accounts.
