Terms and Conditions:
1. Customers only eligible to enjoy the free parking privilege by presenting the valid receipts and parking ticket at Concierge, 1/F for redemption before exit the car park.
2. This offer is only applicable for private cars’ entry during 11AM to 9:30PM at Wilson Car Park of The Sun Arcade. Each parking ticket is eligible to redeem free parking privilege once and maximum 3 hours per parking ticket.
3. Regular hourly rates shall apply for every additional hour parked beyond the minimum charge hour, free parking hour or non-concession parking period. The regular hourly rate for private car is $34/hr and minimum pay is 2 hrs. A partial hour is considered a full hour. Paid parking fee cannot be partially or fully refund.
4. Maximum 2 same day machine printed receipts from different shops/brands from T Galleria by DFS at The Sun Arcade will be accepted for redemption. Photocopies, duplicate/reprint or damaged receipt are not accepted.
5. Only same-day receipt issued by the merchants/ brands at T Galleria by DFS at The Sun Arcade with date, merchant name, shop number and consumption amount clearly shown, is eligible for redemption. The following receipts are not eligible: receipts from kiosks, exhibition venues and temporary exhibition booths / Pop Up stores, purchase and use of coupons (including cake cards, food voucher, cash coupons, gift vouchers / certificates, gift cards), value-added, trade-in transactions or product redemptions; mail, fax, email or phone orders; online shopping; split receipts; and any other receipts determined by mall; payments with a handwritten, reprinted or photocopied receipt and payment slip/ statement of banks; cancelled or returned transactions; or other non-eligible transactions. For instalment, deposit or a partial payment is made, only the actual amount paid will be counted and the balance is not eligible to participate in any promotional activities. Payments settled by cash or cash coupons (including SHKP mall gift certificates, gift vouchers and gift cards of T Galleria by DFS), shopping coupons, membership points, transaction with staff discount or DFS Airport Community Club discount are not eligible to participate in all promotional activities.
6. The amount of eligible spending is based on the net spending amount, which is the final amount charged / debited from the electronic payment account. All amount deducted for discount, usage of cash coupons, gift vouchers / certificates, gift cards, shopping coupons, cash rebate, rebate of bank e.g. Cash Dollar, membership points and any usage of privilege coupons or promotion code will note be eligible for redemption. The whole transaction with staff discount or DFS Airport Community Club discount are not eligible to all promotional activities or offers.
7. This offer will be issued in the form of a free parking ticket. Customers shall redeem the free parking ticket at Concierge on 1/F before leaving the car park. Customer should insert the parking ticket into the payment machine at exit gate of car park and then insert the free parking ticket for parking fee deduction. If parking fee still has not been fully settled, please present Octopus card to the reader or insert credit card into the slot for payment. Customers must insert the free parking ticket into the payment machine before paying the parking fee to enjoy parking privilege and no retrospective arrangement can be made. The free parking ticket has an expiration date and will become invalid after the expiry. The free parking coupon will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged and photocopies will not be accepted.
8. Eligible electronic payments are limited to credit cards, EPS, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, UnionPay Quick Pass, WeChat Pay, AliPay or other stored value facilities under the regulatory supervision of the “Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance” (Cap. 584) (including but not limited to Octopus, Octopus O!ePay, Tap & Go and TNG Wallet).
9. Each valid same-day receipt can only be registered for redemption or promotion activity once and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional activities. Payer shall redeem in person on the same day of patronage. Customers will be required to present the corresponding identification document for verification. Redemption is limited to maximum once per customer per day.
10. All redeemed receipts would be stamped. No offers could be provided for all stamped receipts or the amount exceeded the spending requirement.
11. The hourly parking fee in accordance with the entry time of system record will be charged for any lost parking ticket.
12. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with staff or DFS Airport Community Club discount, other discount, promotional activities/ offers or free parking coupons, and cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or gifts.
13. Employees of organizer, staff of those merchants, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies are not eligible to enter the captioned offer and cannot redeemed on behalf of customers.
14. The Sun Arcade and T Galleria by DFS reserve the right in their sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law, to amend or withdraw these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice, and would not assume any responsibility for any changes or termination of the relevant offers or terms.
15. Sun Hung Kai Properties, The Sun Arcade and T Galleria by DFS reserve the right of final decision in any disputes.
