“Beauty Guide Mystery Box” Terms and Conditions

This offer is proposed by DFS Group Limited (“DFS”) with its business address at 15/F One Taikoo Place, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong (“Offer”). All participants in this Promotion agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Offer Period: from August 1 to October 31, 2022 (both days inclusive; while stocks last)

2. During the Offer Period, receive a complimentary Beauty Guide mystery box and a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) (together the “Gifts”) upon spending HK$1,500 in a single purchase at the following stores, or receive a complimentary Non-Fungible Token (NFT) (“Gifts”) upon spending HK$1,500 in a single transaction at the DFS Online Shop.
a. T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Canton Road
b. T Galleria Beauty by DFS, Hong Kong, Causeway Bay
c. T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong Tsim Sha Tsui East
d. T Galleria Beauty by DFS, Hong Kong, MOKO
(altogether the “Stores”).

3. Selected products, including DFS gift cards, DFS shopping vouchers, and selected products from brands (“Brands”) are excluded from this promotion. Please check with staff for details.
During the Offer Period, brands may withdraw their participation in the Offer at their absolute discretion. DFS shall not be responsible in the event that any brand opts out from the Offer at any time.

4. Gifts are available while stocks lasts. Redemption of the Gifts is valid only on the same day and at the same Store of transaction upon presentation of a valid sales receipt.

5. Redeemed Gifts have no commercial value. No exchange or refund will be accepted.

6. This Offer shall not apply in conjunction with other existing promotional offers and privilege/employee discount.

7. In case of any disputes, DFS reserves the right to make the final decision.
