Please present maximum 3 same day machine printed receipts from different shops/brands and the corresponding sales slips with each purchase of HK$100 or above for redemption. Spending at Blancpain, Glashutte Original, restaurants and food & gift department, payment made by Atome, Alipay and WeChat Pay is not applicable to this promotion (valid spending paid by Alipay HK and WeChat Pay HK is still eligible for redemption).

Terms and Conditions:

1. Every Thursday to Sunday & public holidays from 1 to 25 September 2022, Customers who make electronic payment (including Alipay HK, WeChat Pay HK) at T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Canton Road are eligible to redeem two HK$150 Shopping e-vouchers of T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Canton Road. Customers who spend:
- HK$3,000 can redeem two e-vouchers;
- HK$6,000 can redeem four e-vouchers;
- and so on.

E-vouchers can be redeemed by presenting a maximum of 3 same-day machine printed receipts from different shops and brands, with each purchase of a minimum HK$100 or abov. A maximum of 10 e-vouchers can be redeemed for each redemption. Customers that spend HK$12,000 or above are eligible to redeem additional shopping e-voucher(s). Spendings at Garmin, Blancpain, Glashütte Original, restaurants, and food & gifts products; and payment made using Atome, Alipay, WeChat Pay are not eligible for this promotion.

2. Only same-day receipts issued by the merchants/ brands (excludes Garmin, Blancpain, Glashütte Original, restaurants, and food & gifts products) at T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Canton Road with date, merchant name, shop number and consumption amount clearly visible, are eligible for redemption. Photocopies, duplicates, reprints or damaged receipts will not be accepted.

3. Each valid same-day receipt can only be registered for redemption or promotion activity once, and cannot be used in conjunction with CTrip Rebate Offer, Atome Buy First Pay Later Offer, Consumption Voucher Offer or other promotional activities.

4. All redeemed receipts will be stamped. Stamped receipts cannot be used to redeem other offers. Any amount exceeding the spending requirement for this promotion cannot be used to redeem other offers.

5. Eligible electronic payments are limited to: credit cards, EPS, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, UnionPay Quick Pass, WeChat Pay HK, Alipay HK or other stored value facilities under the regulatory supervision of the “Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance” (Cap. 584) (including but not limited to Octopus, Octopus O!ePay, Tap & Go and TNG Wallet).
6. Customers have to redeem in-person on the same day of patronage, and the transactions of the receipts presented for redemption must be made by same person. Customers will be required to present a corresponding identification document for verification. Each Customer (based on both Member and User number) is entitled to one redemption per day. No add-in or exchange of receipts after the redemption is allowed.

7. E-vouchers are only applicable at participating brands and boutiques at T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Canton Road. Please scan the QR code for the list of participating brands and boutiques.
8. Customers are required to register online as “happybuymall” users to redeem and use the e-vouchers. Customers are required to be equipped with their own smartpone devices with internet access and SMS service for user registration and log in, verification and use of shopping e-vouchers. Each Customer can register once only, and will be required to present their corresponding identification document for verification. Customers agree and accept the user Terms and Conditions upon completion of user registration of “happybuymall”.

9. Customers can check their latest e-voucher balance on the online user account. All e-voucher records in the system should prevail, and is final and conclusive. The Sun Arcade and T Galleria by DFS will not accept any claim of missing e-vouchers after redemption or transaction. In the event of technical issues or any abnormal incidents that prevent the system from retrieving information of a customer's e-voucher balance from the system, The Sun Arcade and T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Canton Road will not bear any responsibilities for any loss or damage.

10. E-vouchers are in face value of HK$150 each. One HK$150 shopping e-voucher can be used upon every single spending of HK$500 (amount after discount) at T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Canton Road; two coupons for spending of HK$1,000, and so on. Different combinations of e-vouchers tallying up to the face value of HK$150 (in HK$50, HK$100 and HK$150) may be distributed during redemption, and cannot be chosen. Shopping e-coupons in different face value, different spending requirement on usage and different User accounts cannot be used in conjunction in the same transaction. No replacement or refund shall be made upon expiry of e-vouchers. Other terms and conditions apply for the e-voucher usage, please refer to the e-voucher for details.

11. E-vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, products or services and non-transferrable.

12. If a Customer seeks refunds for purchases made using the e-voucher, they have to proceed to the Concierge to process refunds for both the e-voucher and the product.

13. E-vouchers have a limited quota for daily redemption. E-vouchers will be distributed on a first-come-first-served, while stock lasts. This redemption will cease before the aforementioned redemption time on the redemption day if all e-vouchers have been redeemed, and no further notice or compensation shall be made.

14. The following receipts are not eligible: purchase and use of vouchers (including biscuit vouchers, food vouchers, cash coupons, gift vouchers / certificates, gift cards), temporary exhibition booths / Pop Up Stores, value-added, trade-in transactions or product redemptions; mail, fax, email or phone orders; online shopping; split receipts; spending at restaurants, food & gift products, and any other receipts determined by mall; payments with a handwritten, reprinted or photocopied receipt and payment slip/ statement of banks; cancelled or returned transactions; or other non-eligible transactions. For payment by installments, deposit or partial payments, only the actual amount paid will be counted; and the balance will not be eligible for other promotional activities. Payments settled by Atome, Alipay, WeChat Pay, cash or cash coupons (including SHKP mall gift certificates, gift vouchers and gift cards of T Galleria by DFS), shopping vouchers, shopping e-vouchers, membership points, Atome, transactions with DFS staff discount, DFS Airport Community Club discount, CTrip Rebate Offer, Atome Buy First Pay Later Offer, Consumption Voucher Offer, applied are not eligible for any promotional activities.

15. The amount of eligible spending is based on the net spending amount, which is the final amount charged / debited from the electronic payment account. All amount deducted for discount, usage of cash coupons, gift vouchers / certificates, gift cards, shopping coupons, shopping e-vouchers, cash rebate, rebate of bank e.g. Cash Dollar, membership points, and any usage of privilege coupons or promotion codes will not be eligible for redemption. Transactions settled in full or partially by Atome, Alipay, WeChat Pay, any kind of gift certificates / shopping coupons / shopping e-vouchers, Atome, applied staff discount / DFS Airport Community Club discount, CTrip Rebate Offer, Atome Buy First Pay Later Offer and Consumption Voucher Offer are not eligible for any promotional activities or offers.

16. The Sun Arcade and T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Canton Road will not bear any responsibility in any case of network problems, system malfunction, poor phone reception or obstructions by third party applications that result in the delay, loss, mistake or corruption of an information transfer.

17. Employees of the organizers and shopping mall staff not eligible to enter the captioned offer, and cannot redeem the voucher on behalf of Customers.

18. The Sun Arcade and T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Canton Road reserves the right in their sole discretion to amend or withdraw these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, and would not assume any responsibility for any changes or termination of the relevant offers or terms.

19. Sun Hung Kai Properties, The Sun Arcade and T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Canton Road reserve the right of final decision in any disputes.
