Benjamin first joined DFS in 2011 as Region President Asia North, responsible for operations in Hong Kong, Macau, China and Korea. He joined DFS with more than 15 years of luxury retail experience from Van Cleef & Arpels and Cartier. Benjamin left DFS in March 2017 to become President of Asia for Sephora, another of LVMH’s Maisons. Under his leadership, Sephora Asia almost doubled in size to become a true engine of growth for the company. Benjamin returned to DFS in October 2020 to become Chairman and CEO.
