1. The Christmas Digital Scratch Card Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by DFS Group Limited, a company registered under the laws of Hong Kong SAR with its office address at 15/F One Taikoo Place, 979 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong (“DFS”).
2. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and all participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
3. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, the participant must be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of participation; and be a DFS CIRCLE member who have linked their DFS CIRCLE membership with the DFS CIRCLE WeChat Mini Program (“Mini Program”).
4. DFS employees and their immediate family are ineligible to enter the Promotion.
Promotion and How to Participate
5. The Promotion commences on 1st December 2023 and ends on 15th December 2023 (both days inclusive) (“Promotional Period”).
6. To participate in the Promotion, participants must complete the following steps on the same day during the Promotional Period:
(a) Present their DFS CIRCLE membership and make a single net purchase* of HK$2,000 or more (“Qualifying Purchase”) at any one of the T Galleria by DFS stores in Hong Kong (“Participating Store(s)”);
(b) Receive a digital scratch card (“Scratch Card”) in the Mini Program after making the Qualifying Purchase; and
(c) Follow the applicable instruction as indicated in the Mini Program and scratch the Scratch Card to redeem one (1) Prize (as defined below).
* The following categories and/or brands are excluded from the Qualifying Purchase: Beauty: Pola; Fashion: Gucci, Gucci Mens, Celine, Charles & Keith; Food And Gifts: Biostime, Health, Meiriki Japan, Pak Fah Yeow, Swisse, The Peninsula, Wyeth Gold; Watches And Jewelry: Chopard, Garmin, Bulgari, Blancpain Watches, Franck Muller, Glashutte, Hublot, Iwc Schaffhausen, Jaeger Lecoultre, and all consignment products.
7. Participants are entitled to receive one (1) Scratch Card per every one (1) Qualifying Purchase. Participants can enjoy this Promotion multiple times during the Promotional Period.
8. The use of any macro, program, series of commands, systems or electronic or mechanical device that allows a participant to automatically and repeatedly enter into the Promotion is prohibited.
9. All the product(s) purchased in the Qualifying Purchase are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Prizes
10. The prizes (“Prize(s)”) available in this Promotion consist of:
a. “DFS E-Coupon(s)”:
i. HK$58 DFS e-coupons which can be used upon the next single net purchase of at least HK$500
ii. HK$108 DFS e-coupons which can be used upon the next single net purchase of at least HK$1,000
iii. HK$168 DFS e-coupons which can be used upon the next single net purchase of at least HK$2,000
iv. HK$228 DFS e-coupons which can be used upon the next single net purchase of at least HK$3,000
v. HK$428 DFS e-coupons which can be used upon the next single net purchase of at least HK$5,000
vi. HK$888 DFS e-coupons which can be used upon the next single net purchase of at least HK$10,000
b. One (1) “Grand Prize” of HK$28,888 worth of DFS Gift Card is available in this Promotion.
11. The Prizes (including the DFS E-Coupon(s) and Grand Prize) will be randomly awarded using computerized means; and will be notified to the participants immediately in the Mini Program.
12. The DFS E-Coupon(s) will be distributed to the participant immediately upon notification in the Mini Program. The DFS E-Coupon is only valid for use at the Participating Store where the participant made the Qualifying Purchase who resulted in him/her in receiving the Scratch Card for such DFS E-Coupon. Only one DFS E-Coupon can be used per transaction. The DFS E-Coupons are only valid from the date of issuance until 16th December 2023 (both days inclusive). Each DFS E-Coupon can only be used once. Unused DFS E-Coupon after 16th December 2023 will be deemed as forfeited. The DFS E-Coupons cannot be used to purchase any item of the following categories and/or brands: Beauty: Pola; Fashion: Gucci, Gucci Mens, Celine, Charles & Keith; Food And Gifts: Biostime, Health, Meiriki Japan, Pak Fah Yeow, Swisse, The Peninsula, Wyeth Gold; Watches And Jewelry:, Chopard, Garmin, Bulgari, Blancpain Watches, Franck Muller, Glashutte, Hublot, Iwc Schaffhausen, Jaeger Lecoultre, and all consignment products. 13. Winner of the Grand Prize (“Grand Prize Winner”) will be contacted by DFS in the Mini Program and/or the DFS CIRCLE app (as the case may be) regarding prize redemption arrangements. Winner shall visit a T Galleria by DFS store in Hong Kong (as designated by DFS) in person on or before 16th December 2023 to claim the Grand Prize. Unclaimed Grand Prize after 16th December 2023 will be deemed as forfeited. The Grand Prize is valid from the date of issuance until 16th January 2024 (both days inclusive) and can be used at any Participating Stores. Unused Grand Prize after 16th January 2024 will be deemed as forfeited.
14. The Prizes, or any part thereof, is not eligible for use in conjunction with other existing promotional offers, privilege and/or employee discounts.
15. The Prizes cannot be used to pay deposit or any part thereof.
16. The Prizes are for personal use only and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purpose or any other purpose whatsoever.
17. The Prizes, or any part thereof, is not transferable or exchangeable for any other benefits unless otherwise expressly stated.
18. DFS shall not be liable or responsible for any Prize that is lost or cannot be used due to technical issues.
19. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all item(s) purchased from the Qualifying Purchase(s) or using the Prize(s) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Other DFS’ rights
20. DFS reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to conduct verifications about the participants (including a participant’s identity).
21. DFS reserves the right to, at its discretion, exclude or disqualify, without prior notice, any participant or entry, in circumstances where DFS has reason to believe that the participant is ineligible, has breached a provision of these Terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other serious misconduct that has jeopardised the fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion.
Personal Data
22. Grand Prize Winner must agree to sign an acknowledgement letter and allow DFS to take photos of them at the time of collection of the Grand Prize for record and promotional purposes; and all photos taken can be used for promotional purposes in any channel and media by DFS for one (1) year without remuneration. If the Grand Prize Winner does not agree, it will result in disqualification for the Grand Prize.
23. Participants acknowledge that all personal data provided by them are collected, processed, stored and/or used in accordance with DFS’ Privacy Policy accessible at https://www.dfs.com/en/hong-kong/privacy-policy-hk.

Limitation of liabilities
25. Each participant acknowledges that:
a. the participant is responsible for all costs to participate in the Promotion, including but not limited to, mobile phone data charges to participate in this Promotion; and
b. DFS is not responsible for any incorrect or in any incorrect or inaccurate information or other errors (whether technical or otherwise) that may occur in the course of conducting the Promotion.
26. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, DFS (including its officers, employees and agents) will not be liable for any damage, expenses, costs, liability, injury, claims, or loss whatsoever, whether direct, indirect or consequential, in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
General
27. DFS reserves the sole right to interpret these Terms and such interpretation shall be final and conclusive.
28. In case of any disputes, DFS reserves the right to make the final decision.
29. In the event of inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
30. The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any provision in these Terms shall not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall continue to be valid and binding.
31. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
