DFS T Galleria Beauty Concierge and Free Skin Analysis Services Offer (“Offer”)
Terms and Conditions
1. Participation in this Offer constitutes as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). All participants in the Offer agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. This Offer is offered by DFS Group Limited, with its business address at 15/F, One Taikoo Place, 979 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong (“DFS”).
3. This offer is only available to eligible LOYAL T by DFS members who are aged 18 or above (“Eligible Member”).
4. This offer is limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis while quotas last (“Offer Period”). To check the availability of this Offer, please ask our staff in store.
5. The Offer includes: -
a) Offer 1: Enjoy a 50% off discount on a Skincare Therapy OR a Makeup Service (valued at HK$ 400 each) with the Promo Code [ABCCBC2022] (“Offer 1”).
Subject to availability, you may choose one of the Beauty Services (valued at HK$400) from this list https://www.dfs.com/en/hong-kong/info/beauty-concierge-signature-services; and
b) Offer 2: Enjoy a free Skin Analysis Service and a free Gift after the Beauty Services with the Promo Code [ABCSA2022] (“Offer 2”).
6. In these Terms, “Beauty Service(s)” shall refer to the Skincare Therapy and Make-up Service valued at HK$400 each and the Free Skin Analysis Service .
7. In order to enjoy Offers 1 & 2, you must provide the Promo Code to DFS beauty staff at T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Canton Road & T Galleria Beauty By DFS, Hong Kong, Causeway Bay (“Stores”).
8. Each eligible customer can enjoy both Offer 1 and Offer 2 one time each during the Offer Period.
9. You must make an appointment through WhatsApp or WeChat at least three (3) days in advance by scanning the QR code available at https://www.dfs.com/en/hong-kong/info/beauty-concierge-signature-services.
10. You can only participate in Offer 1 and Offer 2 services during the Offer Period.
11. You must present the WhatsApp or WeChat booking message sent to you by DFS to enjoy the Offer.
12. You must attend the Beauty Service and Free Skin Analysis Services on time. Should you arrive late for ten (10) minutes or more, DFS reserves the right to cancel your appointment or request you to reschedule the Beauty Service.
13. You must reschedule the Beauty Service or Free Skin Analysis Services if you:
a. are on the day of the appointment, or have been in the fourteen (14) days prior to the day of the appointment, exemplifying any COVID-19 symptoms;
b. have travelled outside of Hong Kong in the fourteen (14) days prior to the day of the appointment;
c. are on the day of the appointment, or have been in the fourteen (14) days prior to the day of the appointment, under compulsory quarantine or medical surveillance order by the Department of Health of Hong Kong; and/or
d. have been in close contact in the fourteen (14) days prior to the day of the appointment with any person who is a confirmed and/or preliminarily tested positive case of COVID-19 in or outside Hong Kong.
14. If you need to reschedule the Beauty Service, please contact DFS via the QR code accessible at https://www.dfs.com/en/hong-kong/beauty-concierge-signature-services at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance.
15. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, gift certificates, LOYAL T offers, vouchers and staff privilege discounts.
16. This Offer is not transferable or exchangeable for any other benefits, including, without limitation, DFS gift cards, cash, store credits, membership points or any other complementary services or promotions in any kind.
17. You acknowledge that there are potential risks involved in receiving the Beauty Service(s) and/or using the relevant product(s), including but not limited to allergic reactions. You agree that you have had the opportunity to consult your doctor or any qualified healthcare professional prior to receiving the Beauty Service(s), and you assume the risk of any potential, consequential or actual illness, injury or discomfort relating to or in connection with the Beauty Service(s).
18. For Offer 1, you must make the discounted payment for the Beauty Services you have booked in-store on the day of the appointment prior to receiving the Beauty Services. No refund or exchange will be made on the Beauty Services once completed.
19. You consent to DFS collecting, storing, and using the personal information provided by you, including your name and contact details:
a. to process your booking and to provide you with the Beauty Services;
b. to exercise any rights under these Terms; and
c. in accordance with DFS’ Privacy Policy available at https://www.dfs.com/en/privacy-policy

21. DFS reserves the right to, at its discretion, at any time without prior notice, modify these Terms, and/or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this Offer and any aspect of it.
22. To the largest extent permitted by the law, DFS (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liabilities for any damage, expenses, costs, liability, injury, claims, or loss whatsoever, whether direct, indirect or consequential, in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the Offer.
23. DFS’ interpretation of the Offer and these Terms will be final and conclusive.
24. If there are any inconsistencies or ambiguities among the English version and any translated versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
