Our beauty concierge has comprehensive training in skincare and a passion for helping clients maintain healthy and radiant skin. Each session includes a skin analysis to help you choose the perfect facial treatment and multi brands product recommendations based on your skin type and condition.
Our products are sanitized regularly, before and after every use. We are closely monitoring the situation and taking all necessary measures to keep our Beauty Concierge safe and hygienic.

DFS Beauty Concierge Services (“Beauty Services”) Terms & Conditions:
1. The Beauty Services are only available to individuals who are aged 18 or above.
2. For details of the Beauty Services that are available, please visit https://www.dfs.com/en/hong-kong/info/beauty-concierge-signature-services.
3. You must make an appointment at least three (3) days in advance by scanning the QR code available at https://www.dfs.com/en/hong-kong/info/beauty-concierge-signature-services.
4. You must attend the Beauty Services on time. Should you arrive late for ten (10) minutes or more, DFS reserves the right to cancel your appointment or request you to reschedule the Beauty Service.
5. If you need to reschedule the Beauty Service, please contact DFS at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance.
6. You must make full payment for the Beauty Services you have booked in-store on the day of the appointment prior to receiving the Beauty Services.
7. You acknowledge that there are potential risks involved in receiving the Beauty Service(s) and/or using the relevant product(s), including but not limited to allergic reactions. You agree that you have had the opportunity to consult your doctor or any qualified healthcare professional prior to receiving the Beauty Services, and you assume the risk of any potential, consequential or actual illness, injury or discomfort relating to or in connection with any of the Beauty Services.
8. No refund or exchange will be made on the Beauty Services once completed.
9. You consent to DFS collecting, storing, and using the personal information provided by you, including your name and contact details: -
(a) to process your booking and to provide you with the Beauty Services;
(b) to send you promotional, marketing or publicity communications, if applicable;
(c) to exercise any rights under these Terms & Conditions; and
(d) in accordance with DFS’ Privacy Policy available at https://www.dfs.com/en/privacy-policy.
10. If you have any questions or requests about privacy and data protection, please contact: dpo@dfs.com.
11. DFS reserves the right to, at its discretion, at any time without prior notice, modify these T&Cs, and/or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Beauty Services and any aspect of it.
12. In case of any disputes, DFS reserves the right to make the final decision.
13. In case of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
