Each session includes a skin analysis to help you choose the perfect facial treatment and multi brands product recommendations based on your skin type and condition.

Our products are sanitized regularly, before and after every use. We are closely monitoring the situation and taking all necessary measures to keep our Beauty Concierge safe and hygienic.

Free 1 time Beauty Service upon HK$2,000 Beauty Purchase Terms & Conditions:

1. This offer is only available to eligible DFS CIRCLE members who are aged 18 or above (“Eligible Member”).
2. This offer is valid until a date to be determined by DFS at its sole and absolute discretion (“Promotional Period”). If you have any doubts, please visit our website (https://www.dfs.com/en/hong-kong) or contact our staff.
3. You are entitled to one free beauty service (each a “Beauty Service” and collectively the “Beauty Services”) for one Qualified Purchase. You may make more than one Qualified Purchase during the Promotional Period in order to enjoy more than one Beauty Service.
4. You must make an appointment through WhatsApp or WeChat at least three (3) days in advance by scanning the QR code available at https://www.dfs.com/en/hong-kong/info/beauty-concierge-signature-services.
5. You must enjoy the Beauty Service within 30 days from the date of the Qualified Purchase.
6. Subject to availability, you may choose one of the Beauty Services from the list accessible at https://www.dfs.com/en/hong-kong/info/beauty-concierge-signature-services
7. You must present the WhatsApp or WeChat booking message sent to you by DFS before you enjoy the Beauty Service.
8. You must attend the Beauty Service on time. Should you arrive late for ten (10) minutes or more, DFS reserves the right to cancel your appointment or request you to reschedule the Beauty Service.
9. If you need to reschedule the Beauty Service, please contact us at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance.
10. This offer is limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis while quota last.
11. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
12. This offer is not transferable or exchangeable for any other benefits, including, without limitation, DFS gift cards, cash, store credits, membership points or any other complementary services or promotions in any kind.
13. You acknowledge that there are potential risks involved in receiving the Beauty Service(s) and/or using the relevant product(s), including but not limited to allergic reactions. You agree that you have had the opportunity to consult your doctor or any qualified healthcare professional prior to receiving the Beauty Service(s), and you assume the risk of any potential, consequential or actual illness, injury or discomfort relating to or in connection with the Beauty Service(s).
14. You consent to DFS collecting, storing, and using the personal information provided by you, including your name and contact details:
a. to process your booking and to provide you with the Beauty Services;
b. to send you promotional, marketing or publicity communications, if applicable;
c. to exercise any rights under these Terms & Conditions; and
d. in accordance with DFS’ Privacy Policy available at https://www.dfs.com/en/privacy-policy

16. DFS reserves the right to, at its discretion, at any time without prior notice, modify these T&Cs, and/or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this offer and any aspect of it.
17. In case of any disputes, DFS reserves the right to make the final decision.
18. In case of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
