AlipayHK and WeChat Pay HK Users Discounts (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions
1. This Promotion is offered by DFS Group Limited, with its registered address at 15/F, One Taikoo Place, 979 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong (“DFS”).
2. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. This Promotion is applicable to Eligible Participants (as defined below) who make Qualifying Purchase(s) (as defined below) at the following T Galleria by DFS stores (each a “Participating Store” and collectively the “Participating Stores”) from April 7, 2022 (TBC) to August 31, 2022 or while quotas of Instant Deductions (as defined below) last, whichever is earlier ("Promotional Period"): -
a) T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Canton Road;
b) T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui East;
c) T Galleria Beauty by DFS, Hong Kong, MOKO; and/or
d) T Galleria Beauty by DFS, Causeway Bay.
4. To be eligible to this Promotion, a participant should: -
a) have a valid AlipayHK account or WeChat Pay HK account;
b) have successfully registered for the Consumption Voucher Scheme 2022 of the Hong Kong Government;
c) have received the consumption voucher (“Consumption Voucher”) from the Hong Kong Government via his/her valid AlipayHK account or WeChat Pay HK account (“Registered Account”); and

b) T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui East;
c) T Galleria Beauty by DFS, Hong Kong, MOKO; and/or
d) T Galleria Beauty by DFS, Causeway Bay.
4. To be eligible to this Promotion, a participant should: -
a) have a valid AlipayHK account or WeChat Pay HK account;
b) have successfully registered for the Consumption Voucher Scheme 2022 of the Hong Kong Government;
c) have received the consumption voucher (“Consumption Voucher”) from the Hong Kong Government via his/her valid AlipayHK account or WeChat Pay HK account (“Registered Account”); and
d) have collected the coupon for the Instant Deduction (as defined below) (“Coupon”) from AlipayHK or WeChat Pay HK mobile application where he/she received the Consumption Voucher.
(each participant who fulfils all the above criteria shall be referred to as “Eligible Participant” and collectively “Eligible Participants”)
5. During the Promotional Period, an Eligible Participant may enjoy an instant discount (“Instant Deduction”) specified in the second column of the table below by making the relevant qualifying purchase(s) with the redemption of the Coupon and the use of the Consumption Voucher (“Qualifying Purchase(s)”) as specified in the first column of the table below at a Participating Store: -

6. Selected Products means products other than DFS Gift Card, DFS Gift Certificate and the products of the following brands (“Brands”): -
a) Watches & Jewelry: All consignment (except Titoni and Hermès), Bvlgari (Save The Children line), Cartier, Tiffany & Co. (Silver collection), Van Cleef & Arpels, Blancpain, Glashütte;
b) Fashion & Accessories: Burberry, Celine, Fendi, Gucci, Loewe, Rimowa and Charles & Keith;
c) Beauty: Dior, Hermes Makeup; and
d) Restaurants & Cafes: All
During the Promotional Period, any of the Brands may withdraw its participation in the Promotion at any time at its sole and absolute discretion. DFS shall under no circumstances be responsible or liable in the event that any of the Brands opts out from the Promotion at any time. DFS reserves the right to revise the list of the Selected Products from time to time without prior notice. For any updates on the Selected Products, please check with the staff of the Participating Stores.
7. In the event that the amount of a Qualifying Purchase exceeds the value of the Consumption Voucher, the Eligible Participant must use the Registered Account to pay the remaining balance. For the avoidance of doubt, if an Eligible Participant received the Consumption Voucher via his/her valid AlipayHK account, he/she must not use cash, credit card, WeChatPay HK, Octopus card, or the like to pay the remaining balance; instead, he/she must use his/her valid AlipayHK account to pay the remaining balance.
8. The Promotion shall not apply to online purchases and click-and-collect purchases.
9 . The Promotion shall not apply in conjunction with other existing promotional offers or privilege / employee discount, except LOYAL T by DFS promotions, LOYAL T points earning / redemption, and LOYAL T Gift Coupon redemption.
10. The Instant Deduction, or any part thereof, is not transferrable or exchangeable for any other benefits, including, without limitation, DFS Gift Cards, DFS Gift Certificates, cash or other monetary value, store credits, membership points, any complimentary services or other promotions in any kind.
11. The LOYAL T points earned by an Eligible Participant who is a member of the LOYAL T by DFS membership program ("Members") will be calculated based on the net value of the amount spent by the Members.
12. The Instant Deduction is available on a first-come, first-served basis, while quotas last.
13. DFS, AlipayHK and WeChat Pay HK reserve the right in their sole discretion, to the largest extent permitted by law, to modify these Terms and Conditions, and/or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this Promotion or any aspect of it at any time.
14. DFS shall not be responsible for any technical errors in the AlipayHK and WeChat Pay HK mobile applications or any impossibility for any Eligible Participant to enter the Promotion and enjoy Instant Deduction. Access to and use of the Alipay HK and WeChat Pay HK mobile applications are at the Eligible Participants sole risks.
15. When permitted by applicable laws, DFS (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liabilities for any damage which is not a direct and foreseeable consequence of a breach of its obligations.
16. If there are any inconsistencies or ambiguities between the English and Traditional Chinese language versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
Octopus Users Discounts (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions
1. This Promotion is offered by DFS Group Limited, with its registered address at 15/F, One Taikoo Place, 979 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong (“DFS”).
2. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion is applicable to Eligible Participants (as defined below) who make Qualifying Purchase(s) (as defined below) at the following T Galleria by DFS stores (each a “Participating Store” and collectively the “Participating Stores”) from April 19/20, 2022 (TBC) to August 31, 2022 or while quotas of Instant Deductions (as defined below) last, whichever is earlier ("Promotional Period"): -
a) T Galleria by DFS, Hong Kong, Canton Road;
b) T Galleria Beauty by DFS, Causeway Bay; and/or

4. To be eligible to this Promotion, a participant should: -
a) have a valid Octopus;
b) have successfully registered for the Consumption Voucher Scheme 2022 of the Hong Kong Government;
c) have received the consumption voucher (“Consumption Voucher”) from the Hong Kong Government via his/her valid Octopus; and
d) have Consumption Voucher with a value of at least HK$1,000 (in order to enjoy Offer 1 (as defined below)) or HK$1,500 (in order to enjoy Offer 2 (as defined below)) stored in his/her valid Octopus; and
e) have collected the coupon for the Instant Deduction (as defined below) (“Coupon”) from Octopus mobile application.
